Wine Sustainability

VIVA is a program launched in 2011 by the Ministry of Environment and Protection of the Territory and the Sea of Italy with the objective of improving the sustainability performance of the wine industry on the environmental, economic, social and cultural level.

The VIVA sustainability diagnosis is carried out at the organization and product level through the analysis of four indicators : (1) Air, (2) Water, (3) Territory and (4) Vineyard.

Enerion accompanies wine producers who intend to undertake the VIVA Program and provides advice in the context of similar initiatives in the rest of Europe and the world.
